Description

The Dead Horn Clean & Goblet Squat is a full-body compound movement that activates the entire posterior chain in one smooth motion.

In the first part of this movement, the Dead Horn Clean, please remember to start with the bell underneath your torso and between your feet. The tricky part of the Dead Horn Clean is transitioning from the handle to the horns with each rep, though this will get easier with experience. Much of it is timing.

If you're a beginner, you may find that you cannot use as heavy a weight with the Dead Horn Clean as you can with a Ballistic Dead Clean. This is completely fine, so don't worry about going relatively light here.
